Return Policy

At Vaquera Futurista, we are dedicated to delivering an elevated standard of craftsmanship and client care. Every piece is crafted with intention, and our policies are designed to reflect the level of care and exclusivity you expect from a luxury brand. Should you wish to return or exchange a piece, please review the guidelines below.

All returns are subject to verification and must adhere to the conditions outlined in this policy. By placing an order with Vaquera Futurista, you agree to these terms.

1. Return Eligibility

Clients may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for return, all items must meet the following criteria:

Be in pristine, unworn condition

Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

Be free from scent, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any visible signs of wear

Products that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and may be returned to the client at their expense. Ineligible items left unclaimed may be responsibly discarded after notification.

Please note: Final Sale items, personalized merchandise, complimentary promotional products, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

Each Vaquera Futurista product is fulfilled with care and precision. Orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline reflects our commitment to deliberate craftsmanship and refined execution.

The 30-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date of purchase.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, kindly email our Client Services team at info@vaquerafuturista.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. We request that you retain your proof of postage and tracking information, as we do not assume responsibility for returned items until they are received and verified.

4. Shipping Your Return

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for all returns. When possible, please reuse the original packaging to preserve the garment during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If so, a prepaid return label will be provided.

5. Refunds & Credits

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue your refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days from the return's arrival for inspection and processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable

Items purchased with a promotional code are eligible for store credit or exchange only

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

6. Exchanges

Vaquera Futurista offers exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. If your desired replacement item is not available, you may opt for store credit or a refund as applicable.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please notify our Client Services team within 7 days of delivery at info@vaquerafuturista.com

 Kindly include photographs or video documentation of the issue.

Items reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

8. Lost Packages

We recommend closely monitoring your tracking number once your order ships. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 14 days of shipment.

Vaquera Futurista is unable to assist with lost packages reported outside this window.

9. Delivery Failures or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery, or refusal of receipt, we will contact you. Should you wish the item to be re-shipped, an additional shipping fee may apply.

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
